We don't take client work. Every product on this page is ours: designed, built and operated in-house, and live right now. Each one does a single job, keeps accounts optional where it can, and stays maintained after launch.

An IRS mileage log that knew the rate changed in July. Each trip is priced at the rate for its date (72.5¢ before July 1, 2026, 76¢ after), and the PDF shows the split.

How we work

A few rules we actually keep.

  1. I

    One job per product.

    An invoice tool makes invoices. A mileage log logs miles. If a feature doesn't serve that job, it doesn't ship.

  2. II

    Accounts are optional.

    Most of our tools work the moment the page loads. You sign up only when there's something worth keeping.

  3. III

    Numbers you can check.

    Tax rates and rules name their source, such as the CRA or the IRS, so you can verify them before you rely on them.

  4. IV

    Launch is the start.

    When the IRS raised the mileage rate in July 2026, MileageLogMaker changed with it. Products stay maintained after launch.
